Marblism Pricing and Marblism Cost per Hour of AI Work for Small Business

Marblism sells one plan with all 7 AI employees and meters it in hours of work, not seats or credits. The marketing page shows two prices. The help center shows ten tiers, three billing cadences and a fixed hour cost for every task. We read marblism.com/pricing, the terms of service and Marblism's billing help articles on October 14, 2026 and worked out what a month really costs.

In short

Marblism costs $44 a month billed monthly, $33 a month billed quarterly or $24 a month billed yearly. That base plan includes all 7 AI employees, 50 hours of AI work a month, unlimited team members and unlimited businesses. Bigger tiers run from 70 hours ($60 monthly, $33 yearly) to 10,000 hours ($6,000 monthly, $3,300 yearly). Unused hours do not roll over, there is no free trial, and new subscriptions have a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Billing cadence Price per month Discount Cost for 12 months Hours included Cost per included hour
Monthly $44 None $528 50 per month $0.88
Quarterly $33 25% off $396 50 per month $0.66
Yearly $24 45% off $288 50 per month $0.48

The challenge

Marblism's pricing page shows $24 and $44 and says 50 hours of work, which tells you almost nothing about whether 50 hours is enough. A blog post uses a full hour. A phone call uses 10 minutes however long it lasts. A 10-second video uses about 2.7 hours. Run all seven employees at the volumes Marblism itself gives as examples and you need roughly 65 to 73 hours, which is the next tier up.

How AgentMarketplace handles it

Price Marblism by the tasks you will hand over, not by the sticker. Count the emails, posts, calls, leads and articles you expect in a month, multiply each by Marblism's published hour value, and pick the tier that covers the total. If you land under 50 hours, the yearly base plan at $24 a month is hard to beat. If you land near 100, you are paying $45 to $82 a month, and it is worth comparing that against agents that are not metered by the task.

How much does Marblism cost?

Marblism costs $44 a month on monthly billing, $33 a month on quarterly billing and $24 a month on yearly billing. All three are the same base plan: all 7 AI employees (Eva, Sonny, Stan, Penny, Rachel, Walter and Linda), 50 hours of AI work a month, unlimited team members and unlimited businesses. Only the commitment changes.

Quarterly and yearly plans are paid in advance. Marblism's billing articles say payment is charged upfront at the start of the billing cycle, so the yearly plan is one charge for twelve months, which works out to $288 at $24 a month. The marketing page only shows the yearly and monthly toggle. The quarterly cadence and the larger tiers are documented in the help center and offered inside the app.

One detail in the fine print matters if you joined a while ago. Marblism says this pricing applies to hours plans, meaning customers who signed up since June 2026 and anyone who switched from an older plan. If your account predates that, your bill may still follow the old structure until you switch.

Marblism pricing for every hours tier

Marblism publishes ten tiers. Each one is the same product with a larger monthly hour balance, and the cost per hour falls as you go up. The per-hour column is our arithmetic on Marblism's published prices.

Hours per monthMonthly billingQuarterly billingYearly billing12 months on yearlyCost per hour on yearly
50 (base plan)$44$33$24$288$0.48
70$60$45$33$396$0.47
100$82$62$45$540$0.45
150$120$90$66$792$0.44
300$230$173$127$1,524$0.42
500$360$270$198$2,376$0.40
1,000$700$525$385$4,620$0.39
2,000$1,340$1,005$737$8,844$0.37
4,000$2,520$1,890$1,386$16,632$0.35
10,000$6,000$4,500$3,300$39,600$0.33

Two things stand out. The volume discount is real but shallow: going from 50 hours to 10,000 hours lowers the hourly cost from $0.48 to $0.33, about 31%. The billing discount is much larger. Paying yearly instead of monthly cuts 45% off every tier, so the cadence you choose matters more than the tier you land on.

Upgrades apply immediately. You get the new tier's full monthly hours right away and pay the prorated difference that day. Downgrades also apply immediately, and only the workspace owner can change the plan.

What one hour of Marblism work buys

Marblism does not measure real time. Every task type has a fixed hour value, which Marblism describes as the hour of work the agent saves you. That makes the bill predictable once you know the list. The dollar columns are our math at the base plan's hourly cost.

TaskHours charged, per MarblismCost on yearly ($0.48 an hour)Cost on monthly ($0.88 an hour)
Email sorted by Eva20 secondsUnder 1 centUnder 1 cent

10-second video, standard definitionAbout 2.7 hours$1.28$2.35
10-second video, high definition6 hours$2.88$5.28

Several things use no hours. Chatting with the agents is free, and so are meeting notes, replies to comments on your social posts, spam and test calls, failed videos, your first two videos and your first website build. Revisions to a post, an article or a document are included. Two things count every time: a website edit by Walter, charged at 10 seconds per line of code and never more than 8 hours per edit, and a new video take.

Video also has its own ceiling. On the 50 hour plan at most 10 hours a month can go to video, which is three or four short standard definition clips. The cap rises with the tier, to 30 hours on the 100 hour plan and 135 hours on the 300 hour plan.

Marblism cost per month for three real workloads

Here is what a month uses for three kinds of small business, priced with Marblism's published hour values. The point is to find your tier before you pay for a year of the wrong one.

BusinessMonthly work handed to MarblismHours usedTier neededPrice yearly or monthly
Solo consultant600 emails sorted, 100 replies drafted, 12 social posts, 4 blog postsAbout 2250 hours$24 or $44 a month
Home services company150 calls answered, 800 emails sorted, 120 replies drafted, 20 social posts, 4 blog postsAbout 5370 hours$33 or $60 a month
B2B agency doing outbound600 leads enriched and contacted three times each, 30 social posts, 8 blog postsAbout 104150 hours$66 or $120 a month

The consultant never thinks about hours. The home services company lands 3 hours over the base plan, so it either drops a few posts or pays $9 more a month on the yearly cadence. The agency is the interesting case. Lead generation is the hungriest job on the list, because every lead costs 5 minutes to enrich and another minute for each message. At 600 leads a month the outreach alone uses about 81 hours.

Does the 50 hour plan cover all seven AI employees?

Not at the volumes Marblism uses as its own examples. The help center says the base plan covers "roughly any one of these in a month" and then lists a typical month for each employee. We priced that list with Marblism's own hour values.

AI employeeMarblism's example monthHours at published rates
Stan, lead generation300 or more leads sourced and enriched25, before any outreach
Sonny, social media30 or more social posts15
Eva, executive assistant500 or more emails sorted, 80 to 100 replies draftedAbout 9 to 11
Penny, SEO8 to 10 blog posts8 to 10
Linda, legal8 to 10 legal documents4 to 5
Rachel, receptionist20 to 40 callsAbout 3 to 7
All six togetherAbout 65 to 73

So the $24 plan runs two or three employees at full pace, or all of them lightly. A business that wants every employee working at the example volume should budget for the 70 or 100 hour tier, which is $33 to $45 a month yearly and $60 to $82 monthly. That is still inexpensive. It is just not the number on the pricing page.

Can you top up Marblism hours?

Marblism gives two different answers, so plan on the stricter one. The FAQ on the pricing page says that when you run out "you can purchase flexible top-ups at any time." The pricing help article says "There's no one-off top-up: adding hours means a bigger plan." Neither page publishes a price for an hour pack. The help article is the more detailed and more recent document, and it describes the upgrade path precisely, so we treat moving up a tier as the way to add hours.

When the balance hits zero, work in progress finishes, including a call that is mid-conversation. Scheduled tasks that come due are cancelled, Eva stops sorting new email, Stan stops his daily outreach and Rachel's line pauses. If call transfer is on, callers are transferred to you. Cancelled tasks are not replayed after you upgrade, so the cost of running out is missed work, not a surprise charge.

Hours reset every month on the day your plan started, on quarterly and yearly plans too, and unused hours do not roll over. A yearly plan does not hand you 600 hours at once.

Marblism free trial, refund and cancellation rules

Marblism has no free trial. Its help center says the trial period "is offered as a 7 day money-back guarantee," which means you pay the full price of the plan you pick on day one, including the full year on a yearly plan, and can ask for it back within 7 days.

The guarantee covers the first purchase only. The terms of service say new subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee if you contact support within 7 days of your first purchase, and that payments are otherwise non-refundable. Renewals are not covered, and after day 7 a charge is not refunded even if you cancel before the next billing date. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days.

You can cancel at any time and the AI team keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If you use Rachel, note that her phone number is released when the subscription ends, and a new subscription gets a new number. Discount codes are entered at checkout, and Marblism says each code has its own length and does not automatically last for the life of the subscription.

What Marblism's AI employees do not do

The price is only useful next to the limits, and Marblism documents them plainly in its help center.

AI employeeLimit, per Marblism's help center
EvaDrafts replies but never sends an email herself. Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes cannot be connected.
RachelAnswers inbound calls only, with no outbound calls and no phone menu. Numbers are available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Mexico. You cannot port your own number, though you can forward it to hers. Toll-free and mobile numbers are not offered.
StanUp to 200 emails a day per connected inbox and up to 20 LinkedIn invites a day per account, on every tier. Up to 10,000 enriched leads a month.
SonnyCannot start a video on his own. A person has to request it.
WalterBuilds sites with no accounts, logins or member areas, and cannot edit a site hosted elsewhere.
All employeesA daily fair-use limit applies, with no published threshold. Slack and Xero integrations are not available yet.

None of that is hidden, and for a solo owner most of it is fine. It matters when the job is a queue inside a system your team already runs. An assistant that drafts every reply still leaves a person to open, check and send each one.

What a team pays for Marblism

Marblism does not charge per seat. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and the teams page confirms there is no separate team price, only a form for larger rollouts and annual invoicing. The hours belong to the workspace owner's plan, so a team shares one balance.

ToolOwner plus 2 staff, per yearHow usage is limited
Marblism, 50 hours, yearly$28850 hours of AI work a month shared by the team
Marblism, 100 hours, yearly$540100 hours a month shared by the team
Sintra X, 12-month plan$187.20250 credits a month for the workspace
Fyxer Pro, billed annually$1,332$37 per person per month, email and meetings only
Lindy, 5,000 credits per user$1,799.64Every active user billed $49.99 a month
AgentMarketplace Starter, yearly$288Up to 3 deployed agents, whole team invited with no seat charge

Fyxer's price is from fyxer.com/pricing, read on October 14, 2026, and we break down every Fyxer plan and credit rate on Fyxer pricing. Sintra's and Lindy's are from their own pricing pages, read on October 13, 2026. Per-seat tools cost four to six times more for the same three people, which is the strongest argument for Marblism's model. We go through each option in our Marblism alternatives comparison and price Sintra separately on Sintra AI pricing.

Is Marblism worth it for a small business?

Marblism is worth it when you are a solo owner or a very small team, you want one subscription that covers inbox, social, SEO and a phone line, and your month fits in 50 to 100 hours. At $288 a year it costs less than a single per-seat assistant, and the receptionist and website builder are things most rivals do not include at all.

It is a weaker fit in three cases. The first is heavy outbound, where lead work burns hours fastest and the daily sending caps do not rise with the tier. The second is when you need the work finished and not drafted, such as replies that go out or tickets that close without a person in between. The third is when your team lives in tools Marblism does not connect to yet.

That is where ready-made agents fit. In our catalog the Inbox Triage agent sorts and drafts in a shared inbox, the Frontline Support agent answers tickets in the helpdesk you already use, the Pipeline Prospector agent works your lead list, and the Social Scheduler agent plans and queues posts. Each one runs on your own stack with permissions you set and approval steps where you want them. The Starter plan is $49 a month, or $288 for the year, for up to 3 deployed agents, and it is priced per plan and not per task, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. We do not sell a phone receptionist or a website builder, so if those two are the reason you are looking at Marblism, Marblism is the better buy. For everything else, compare the plans on our pricing page or see the options for AI agents for small business.

Frequently asked

Your questions about Marblism pricing

How much does Marblism cost?

Marblism costs $44 a month billed monthly, $33 a month billed quarterly or $24 a month billed yearly for the base plan. That plan includes all 7 AI employees, 50 hours of AI work a month, unlimited team members and unlimited businesses. Larger tiers run from 70 hours to 10,000 hours a month.

Does Marblism have a free trial?

No. Marblism says its trial period is offered as a 7-day money-back guarantee. You pay the full price of the plan you choose at checkout, including the whole year on a yearly plan, and can request a full refund from support within 7 days of your first purchase.

How do Marblism hours work?

Every task has a fixed hour value. A drafted email uses 5 minutes, a handled call 10 minutes, a social post 30 minutes and a blog post 1 hour. Chat, meeting notes and revisions are free. Hours reset monthly on every billing cadence, and unused hours do not roll over.

What does Marblism cost per hour?

On the 50 hour base plan an hour costs $0.88 on monthly billing, $0.66 on quarterly and $0.48 on yearly. The rate falls slowly with volume, to $0.33 an hour on the 10,000 hour tier billed yearly. That works out to about $0.48 per blog post and $0.08 per phone call on the yearly base plan.

Can I buy extra hours on Marblism?

Marblism is inconsistent on this. Its pricing page FAQ mentions flexible top-ups, while its pricing help article says there is no one-off top-up and that adding hours means a bigger plan. No hour pack price is published. Upgrading a tier gives you the new tier's full hours immediately for a prorated charge.

Is 50 hours of Marblism enough?

It is enough for a solo owner using two or three AI employees. Running all of them at the monthly volumes Marblism gives as examples takes roughly 65 to 73 hours by its own task rates, which points to the 70 or 100 hour tier at $33 to $45 a month on yearly billing.

Does Marblism charge per user?

No. Every Marblism plan includes unlimited team members and unlimited businesses. The team shares the hour balance on the workspace owner's plan, so adding people does not raise the price, but it does spread the same hours across more work.

Can I get a refund from Marblism?

Yes, within 7 days of your first purchase, by contacting support. The guarantee does not cover renewals, and after the 7 days a charge is non-refundable even if you cancel before the next billing date. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days.
