Open the full listing →The short answer: the closest Marblism alternative is Sintra, at $187.20 a year for 12 chat-based AI helpers. Fyxer (from $37 per person a month) and Carly ($35 a month) are better if email and calendar are the only jobs you care about. Lindy, from $49.99 per active user, suits teams that want to build their own agents. Ready-made agents from $288 a year fit work that has to run inside the tools your team already uses.

Search for Marblism alternatives and you mostly find one rival recommending itself. We read each vendor's own pricing page on October 13 and 14, 2026, priced the same 3-person business on every tool, and noted where Marblism is still the better buy. If you want Marblism's own numbers first, including all ten hour tiers, they are on our Marblism pricing page.
Why owners look for a Marblism alternative
Marblism costs $24 a month on yearly billing for 7 AI employees and 50 hours of work, which is hard to argue with on price. The reasons people leave are in how it works, and all four are documented in Marblism's own help center.
- Hours run out. Every task has a fixed hour cost, and when the balance reaches zero the inbox sorting, outreach and phone line pause until the next reset or an upgrade.
- Eva drafts, she does not send. Marblism says the executive assistant never sends an email by herself. Someone still opens, checks and sends every reply.
- Outreach is capped. Lead outreach is limited to 200 emails a day per inbox and 20 LinkedIn invites a day per account on every tier.
- Some integrations are missing. Marblism lists Slack and Xero as not available yet, and Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes cannot be connected.
If none of those four bother you, stay. Nothing below matches Marblism's bundle at its price.
Marblism alternatives compared on price
| Tool | Lowest yearly-billed price | Monthly-billed price | How usage is limited | Charged per user? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marblism | $24 a month | $44 a month | 50 hours of AI work a month | No |
| Sintra X | $15.60 a month ($187.20 upfront) | $48.50 a month | 250 credits a month | No |
| Fyxer Pro | $37 per person a month | $49 per person a month | Per seat, email and meetings | Yes |
| Carly | No annual price published | $35 a month, or $35 per seat for an organization | 200 credits a month on Personal | Yes on the Organization plan |
| Lindy | Check lindy.ai/pricing | $49.99 per active user a month | 5,000 credits per user, pooled | Yes |
| AgentMarketplace Starter | $24 a month ($288 upfront) | $49 a month | Up to 3 deployed agents | No |
Fyxer also sells a Team plan at $64 per person a month billed annually, or $99 monthly, and Carly sells credit add-ons from 400 credits for $30 a month. Lindy's top-ups were $10 per 1,000 credits when we read its page.
What a 3-person business pays per year
Monthly prices hide the real gap, which is whether the tool bills each person. Here is the same business, an owner and two staff, on each tool for 12 months at the cheapest published cadence.
| Tool | 3 people, 12 months | The math |
|---|---|---|
| Sintra X | $187.20 | One workspace on the 12-month plan |
| Marblism, 50 hours | $288 | $24 a month, unlimited team members |
| AgentMarketplace Starter | $288 | Up to 3 agents, no seat charge |
| Marblism, 100 hours | $540 | $45 a month, for teams that outgrow 50 hours |
| Carly Organization | $1,260 | 3 seats at $35 a month |
| Fyxer Pro | $1,332 | 3 people at $37 a month, billed annually |
| Lindy | $1,799.64 | 3 active users at $49.99 a month |
The per-seat tools cost four to six times more than the flat ones for the same three people. That does not make them worse. It means you should only pay for them when one job, done very well for each person, is worth $35 to $50 a head.
Sintra, the closest like-for-like alternative
Sintra sells the same idea as Marblism: a team of named AI helpers on one subscription. It has 12 helpers against Marblism's 7 and costs about $100 less per year. The difference is in the meter and the scope. Sintra gives you 250 credits a month, where a scheduled research task uses 3 to 10 and a 15-second video about 40. Marblism gives you 50 hours, where a blog post uses one. Sintra has no phone receptionist and no built-in lead database, so if Rachel or Stan is the reason you bought Marblism, Sintra is not a replacement. We break its terms down on Sintra AI pricing and compare its rivals in Sintra AI alternatives.
Fyxer and Carly, for email and calendar only
If Eva is the only Marblism employee you use, a dedicated inbox assistant is the honest comparison. Fyxer Pro is $37 per person a month billed annually or $49 monthly, with a 14-day free trial, and covers drafting replies and meeting notes for Gmail and Outlook, with a credit allowance on top that we price on Fyxer pricing. Carly is $35 a month for one person with 200 credits, or $35 per seat for an organization, and positions itself on sending and booking on your behalf. Both cost more per person than all of Marblism costs for a whole team. They earn that only if the inbox is where your hours actually go.
Lindy, for agents built around your own workflow
Lindy is a builder, not a bundle. You describe a workflow and it creates an agent that acts across your email, calendar and apps. It bills every active user $49.99 a month with 5,000 credits each, pooled across the team, so three people pay about $1,800 a year for 15,000 credits a month. That is far more capacity than Marblism's base plan and far more setup. Choose it when your process is unusual enough that no ready-made role fits.
When a ready-made agent beats an AI employee bundle
Marblism's employees work beside your tools: Eva prepares drafts in your inbox, Penny writes articles, Sonny queues posts. A ready-made agent works inside the system where the job lives and finishes it. In our catalog the Frontline Support agent answers tickets in the helpdesk you already use, the Inbox Triage agent sorts and drafts in a shared inbox, the Pipeline Prospector agent works a lead list, and the Invoice Clerk agent reads incoming invoices. Each one shows its integrations and permissions before you deploy it, and you set which actions need approval.
The pricing is different in a way that matters for busy months. Starter is $49 a month, or $288 for the year, for up to 3 deployed agents with the whole team invited at no seat charge, and there is no task meter. Two things we do not sell are a phone receptionist and a website builder. For calls, Marblism's Rachel at 10 minutes of balance per call is good value. For a site, if that was the one thing you wanted from the bundle, an AI website builder that builds the whole site from a description does that job on its own. You can compare our plans on the pricing page.
How to choose a Marblism alternative
- List the employees you really use. Most owners lean on two of the seven. Price the alternative for those two jobs, not for the bundle.
- Count people before you count features. A per-seat tool at $37 looks close to Marblism at $24 until you multiply by three.
- Check what happens at the limit. Marblism pauses work when hours run out. Sintra and Lindy stop or sell credits. A flat plan keeps running.
- Decide whether drafts are enough. If a person must send every reply anyway, a drafting assistant is fine. If the point is to take the task off someone's plate, pick a tool that completes it with approval rules.
Marblism alternatives FAQ
What is the best alternative to Marblism?
It depends on which AI employee you actually use. Sintra is the closest like-for-like bundle at $187.20 a year. Fyxer and Carly are stronger for email and calendar alone, from $37 and $35 per person a month. Lindy fits teams that want to build their own agents, and ready-made agents fit work that has to run inside your own tools.
Is Sintra cheaper than Marblism?
Yes on yearly billing. Sintra X costs $187.20 for 12 months against $288 for Marblism's 50 hour plan. Sintra limits you with 250 credits a month and has no phone receptionist or lead database. Marblism limits you with 50 hours and includes both.
Is there a Marblism alternative with a free trial?
Fyxer offers a 14-day free trial and Sintra a 3-day trial with 50 one-time credits. Marblism has no free trial. It offers a 7-day money-back guarantee, so you pay first and can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.
What is the cheapest Marblism alternative for a team?
Tools that do not bill per seat. For three people, Sintra X costs $187.20 a year and our Starter plan costs $288 a year, the same as Marblism. Carly costs $1,260, Fyxer Pro $1,332 and Lindy about $1,800 for the same team.
