Fyxer Pricing and Fyxer AI Pricing Plans With Cost per Seat and Credits

Fyxer replaced its Starter and Professional plans in September 2026 with Pro, Team and Enterprise, and added a credit allowance on top of the seat price. Most pricing guides online still quote the old $30 and $50 plans from a help article that now returns a 404. We read fyxer.com/pricing and five of Fyxer's billing help articles on October 15, 2026 and priced the plans for real inboxes.

In short

Fyxer Pro costs $49 per person a month, or $37 a month billed annually. Fyxer Team costs $99 per person a month, or $64 billed annually, with a two-seat minimum. Enterprise is an annual contract with custom pricing. Pro includes 3,000 credits per paid member a month and Team 6,000, pooled. Every new paid plan gets unlimited credits for its first 3 months, and the Free plan has 400 credits and no inbox sorting or drafting.

The challenge

The sticker price is only half of the Fyxer bill now. Inbox sorting, meeting recording, chat and automations draw on a monthly credit allowance, and a single hour of recorded meetings uses as many credits as sorting 300 emails. Fyxer's own pages also disagree on two things a buyer cares about: what a chat message costs in credits, and whether Pro comes with a free trial.

How AgentMarketplace handles it

Price Fyxer by people first and meetings second. Multiply the seat price by everyone who will be added to the organization, including colleagues who join through the auto-add domain setting, then estimate recorded meeting hours, because recording at 1 credit a minute is what exhausts a Pro allowance. If one shared inbox is the real problem, compare a per-seat assistant with a flat-priced agent that works the inbox for the whole team.

How much does Fyxer cost?

Fyxer costs $49 per person a month on the Pro plan and $99 per person a month on the Team plan when you pay monthly. Paying annually brings Pro to $37 a month and Team to $64 a month, charged upfront for the full year. That is $444 per person per year on Pro and $768 per person per year on Team. Enterprise is an annual contract priced for your organization, with no list price.

Fyxer bills per seat, and a seat is one paid member however many inboxes or calendars that person connects. Its billing help article gives the arithmetic directly: at $49 a user and four members, the monthly bill is $196. Viewers, who only read content shared with them, cost nothing, and neither do invitations that have not been accepted yet.

What you buyPriceWhat it includes
Pro, monthly$49 per person a monthReplies drafted in your tone, inbox labeling, video meeting recording, follow-up list, 3 shared Spaces per seat, 3,000 credits a month

EnterpriseAnnual contract, quotedPrivate cloud or single tenancy, full API, SSO, SCIM, audit log, data stored in the EU, UK or US, HIPAA on request

The annual discount is not the same on both plans. Fyxer's billing article says annual billing is 35% cheaper on Team and 25% cheaper on Pro and on the legacy plans, which is why the pricing page headline says "up to 35% off". On Pro, $49 less 25% is $36.75, shown as $37. On Team, $99 less 35% is $64.35, shown as $64.

Fyxer pricing plans compared on what each seat gets

The feature line that decides most purchases is simple. The Free plan does not sort your inbox or draft replies. Automatic labeling and drafts in your tone start on Pro. Several inboxes at once, a shared organization profile and assigned follow-ups start on Team.

One limit holds on every plan. Fyxer's FAQ answers "Can Fyxer send emails on my behalf?" with a plain no: it drafts replies in your inbox and a person decides what gets sent. Everyone in an organization is also on the same plan, so you cannot put two people on Team and the rest on Pro.

How Fyxer credits work and what one credit buys

Credits are how Fyxer meters inbox sorting, meeting recording, chat and automations. Pro includes 3,000 credits per paid member each month, Team includes 6,000 per paid member pooled across the team, and the Free plan has 400. Drafting replies costs no credits on paid seats. Included credits reset monthly on annual plans too, and unused credits do not carry over.

The dollar column is our arithmetic: $37 divided by 3,000 credits is about 1.23 cents a credit. Fyxer does not sell credits at that rate. It is simply what each action costs you out of the allowance you have already paid for.

The chat row is where Fyxer contradicts itself. The rate table on fyxer.com/pricing lists 20 credits per chat message, and its Free plan note says 400 credits is "about 20 messages". The help article on credits lists 10 credits per message and says 400 credits is up to 40 chat messages. Both pages were live on October 15, 2026. Budget on the higher figure until Fyxer reconciles them.

Is 3,000 Fyxer credits a month enough?

For email alone, easily. For someone who spends most of the week in recorded meetings, no. Inbox sorting is cheap: 3,000 credits label 15,000 emails, which is 500 emails a day. Recording is expensive: the same 3,000 credits cover 50 hours of meetings, or about 11.5 hours a week. Here is what a month uses for three common US roles, priced with Fyxer's published rates and the 20 credit chat rate.

PersonMonthly useCredits usedFits on Pro (3,000)?
Solo bookkeeper2,400 emails labeled, 8 hours of client calls recorded, 40 chat messages480 + 480 + 800 = 1,760Yes, with room to spare
Real estate broker4,500 emails labeled, 25 hours of calls and showings recorded, 30 chat messages, 40 Flow runs900 + 1,500 + 600 + 200 = 3,200Just over, by about 7%
Agency account director3,000 emails labeled, 60 hours of client meetings recorded, 50 chat messages600 + 3,600 + 1,000 = 5,200No, needs Team credits or top-ups

The pattern is clear. Meetings, not email, decide whether Pro is enough. An hour of recording costs 60 credits, the same as labeling 300 emails, so a meeting-heavy seat burns its allowance long before its inbox does.

Two things soften this. Every new Pro and Team plan gets unlimited credits for the first 3 months, so you will not hit the limit until month four. And on Team, credits are pooled, so a light user's unused 6,000 credits cover a heavy user's meetings. On Pro each member's 3,000 is their own.

What happens when you run out of Fyxer credits

On the Free plan, metered actions pause until the next monthly reset, and there is no top-up. On Pro and Team from month four, Fyxer warns you at 80% and 100% of the allowance. The pricing page says sorting pauses first while recording continues, and that Fyxer then contacts you about the right plan. The help center says extra credits can be bought on paid plans once the 3-month launch offer ends.

No top-up price is published anywhere we could find. Fyxer's billing article lists "you buy top-ups, or automatic top-up adds credits within your limit" as a reason your bill can change, so top-ups exist and can run automatically, but the rate is shown only inside the product. If you sign a Team plan for a meeting-heavy group, ask for the top-up rate in writing before month four.

Does Fyxer have a free trial?

Yes. New sign-ups get 14 days of the Team plan with unlimited pooled credits, and colleagues who join during your trial each get their own 14 days from the day they sign up. If you do not choose a paid plan when the trial ends, the account drops to Free automatically, with nothing to cancel.

Fyxer's pages disagree on Pro. The Pro card on the pricing page shows "14 day free trial" and a "Start 14-day trial" button. The FAQ on the same page answers "Can I trial the Pro, Team and Enterprise plans?" with "Pro: There's no free trial." The plan comparison table further down the same page adds a third version, listing the Free plan's trial as "14 days of Pro". Fyxer's help center settles it: the trial is the Team plan, and you switch to Pro from Admin settings, Billing, if Pro is what you want to pay for.

One rule catches teams out. Fyxer's billing article says that once billing starts, you are charged for everyone in the organization, including anyone who joined during your trial. Remove the colleagues who were only testing before day 14.

Fyxer legacy plans and the old $30 and $50 prices

If you have seen Fyxer priced at $30 and $50 a month, that was the old lineup. Fyxer's help center says it introduced new plans and pricing in September 2026, and that anyone who signed up before then is likely on a legacy plan called Starter or Professional. The help article many guides still cite for those prices, "Fyxer AI pricing and plan comparison", returned a 404 when we checked it on October 15, 2026.

Legacy planPrice quoted by third-party guidesWhat it includes, per Fyxer's legacy article
Starter$30 a month, or $22.50 a month annually1 inbox and calendar, drafted replies, meeting notetaker
Professional$50 a month, or $37.50 a month annuallyMultiple inboxes and calendars, scheduling across time zones, Fyxer Chat, HubSpot integration, file uploads to train Fyxer

Fyxer's own legacy article no longer prints these prices. It confirms the plans, the 25% annual discount on them, and four rules: you can stay on a legacy plan at the same price for now, you cannot switch between Starter and Professional, you can still add seats to a legacy plan, and new organizations cannot sign up for either one.

Existing customers who opt in to the new features keep their current price for a 14-day trial and then for 3 more months, unmetered. Monthly customers then choose a new plan or revert. Annual customers keep the features until their renewal date. Opting in requires accepting Fyxer's updated terms, even if you later revert.

What Fyxer costs a team of 5, 10 and 25

Per-seat pricing scales in a straight line, so the first useful number is the annual bill for your real headcount. These figures are our arithmetic on Fyxer's published prices.

Team sizePro, annualPro, monthly billing for 12 monthsTeam, annualTeam, monthly billing for 12 months
2 people$888$1,176$1,536$2,376
5 people$2,220$2,940$3,840$5,940
10 people$4,440$5,880$7,680$11,880
25 people$11,100$14,700$19,200$29,700

At 10 or more members Fyxer asks you to talk to sales for a volume quote, so the 10 and 25 person rows are a ceiling, not a final price. Enterprise has no minimum seat count to start, according to the pricing FAQ.

The setting that changes these numbers most is not the plan. Fyxer's billing article calls "Automatically add teammates" the most common cause of unexpected charges: when it is on, anyone who signs up with your company email domain joins the organization and becomes a paid seat. Turn it off under Admin settings, Organization, Members and access before you share Fyxer with anyone. Price changes come with at least 30 days of notice and apply from your next renewal, and a payment that stays unpaid for 30 days moves the organization to the Free allowance.

Fyxer pricing compared with other AI email assistants

Fyxer sits in a crowded category, and the pricing models differ more than the features. This table uses each vendor's own pricing page for the lowest plan that sorts the inbox and drafts replies.

Superhuman's prices are from superhuman.com/mail/pricing, Carly's from usecarly.com/pricing read on October 14, 2026, and Marblism's from its pricing page and help center read the same day. Is Fyxer worth it for a small business?

Fyxer is worth it when one person owns a busy inbox and a full meeting calendar, and the value is in drafts that sound like them plus notes and follow-ups from every call. For a solo professional at $444 a year, an hour saved a week pays for it many times over, and the 14-day trial with unlimited credits is a fair test.

It gets expensive in two situations. The first is a shared inbox, such as support@, sales@ or orders@, where the work belongs to the team and not to one person. Fyxer bills every member who touches it, and the Team plan that handles several inboxes at once starts at two seats and $768 per person per year. The second is meeting-heavy roles on Pro, where credits run out after about 50 recorded hours a month and the top-up rate is not published.

That shared-inbox case is where a ready-made agent is the cheaper buy. In our catalog the Inbox Triage agent sorts and labels a shared inbox, drafts replies for one-click send and routes everything else to the right person, and the Meeting Scribe agent turns call transcripts into notes and assigns the follow-ups. The Starter plan is $49 a month, or $288 for the year, for up to 3 deployed agents, and the whole team is invited with no seat charge, so five people cost the same as one. Inbox Triage connects to Gmail and Slack today, so if your company runs on Outlook, Fyxer or Superhuman is the better fit. Frequently asked

Your questions about Fyxer pricing

How much does Fyxer cost per month?

Fyxer Pro costs $49 per person a month billed monthly, or $37 a month billed annually. Fyxer Team costs $99 per person a month, or $64 billed annually, with a two-seat minimum. Enterprise is an annual contract with custom pricing. The Free plan is $0 but does not sort your inbox or draft replies.

Is Fyxer free?

Fyxer has a Free plan with 400 credits a month, a weekly email briefing, audio meeting notes and 3 personal Spaces, but inbox labeling and drafted replies start on the paid Pro plan. New sign-ups get a 14-day trial of the Team plan with unlimited credits before dropping to Free.

How do Fyxer credits work?

Credits meter usage. Pro includes 3,000 per paid member a month and Team 6,000, pooled. Labeling costs 0.2 credits per email, recording 1 credit per minute, a Flow run 5 and document analysis 30. Drafting replies is free on paid seats. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Does Fyxer charge per user?

Yes. Fyxer bills per seat, and a seat is one paid member however many inboxes or calendars they connect. Viewers and pending invitations are free. Everyone in an organization must be on the same plan, and the auto-add domain setting can add paid seats automatically when colleagues sign up.

What is the difference between Fyxer Pro and Team?

Team adds several inboxes at once, an organization profile built from team email and meetings, shared follow-ups with assigned owners, unlimited shared Spaces, team reporting and MCP access. Team credits are 6,000 per member and pooled, against 3,000 per member on Pro. Team costs $64 against $37 on annual billing and needs at least two seats.

Can I still get the Fyxer Starter or Professional plan?

No. Fyxer replaced them with Pro, Team and Enterprise in September 2026, and new organizations cannot sign up for the legacy plans. Existing Starter and Professional customers can stay on their current price for now, add seats, or switch to a new plan, but cannot move between the two legacy plans.

What happens if I run out of Fyxer credits?

On Free, metered actions pause until the monthly reset. On Pro and Team, Fyxer warns you at 80% and 100%, pauses inbox sorting first while recording continues, and contacts you about your plan. Extra credits can be bought after the 3-month launch offer ends, but the top-up price is not published.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Fyxer for a team?

For a shared inbox, a tool that does not bill per seat is cheaper. Marblism costs $288 a year with unlimited team members, and our Starter plan costs $288 a year for up to 3 agents with no seat charge. Five people on Fyxer Pro cost $2,220 a year on annual billing.
