Open the full listing →The short answer: Superhuman is cheaper per seat and Fyxer does more outside the inbox. On annual billing, Superhuman Mail costs $25 (Starter) or $33 (Business) a member a month, while Fyxer costs $37 (Pro) or $64 (Team) a person a month. Fyxer's price includes meeting recording and notes but meters usage with credits. Superhuman replaces your email client and its AI can send email for you. Fyxer only drafts.

Both tools promise the same outcome, an inbox that is sorted before you open it and replies that sound like you, so most buyers compare them on price. The catch is that they price different things. We read fyxer.com/pricing, Fyxer's billing help articles and superhuman.com's Mail and suite pricing pages on October 15, 2026, and priced the same people on both. Fyxer changed its whole lineup in September 2026, so any comparison quoting Fyxer at $30 or $50 is out of date. The full Fyxer breakdown, including every credit rate, is on our Fyxer pricing page.
Fyxer vs Superhuman price per seat
| Plan | Annual billing, per month | Monthly billing | Per person per year, annual | Usage limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fyxer Pro | $37 | $49 | $444 | 3,000 credits a month after a 3-month unlimited launch offer |
| Fyxer Team | $64, two seats minimum | $99 | $768 | 6,000 credits per member, pooled |
| Superhuman Mail Starter | $25 | About $30 | $300 | None published |
| Superhuman Mail Business | $33 | $40 | $396 | None published |
| Fyxer Enterprise and Superhuman Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | Contracted |
Superhuman's Mail pricing page shows only the annual prices and a "17% off" label on the annual toggle. Its suite pricing page lists Business at $40 when billed monthly. The Starter monthly figure of about $30 is what a 17% annual discount implies, and it matches what third-party guides report.
Superhuman Business is also more than an email client. Superhuman is the company formerly known as Grammarly, and its Business plan bundles Mail with Grammarly, Docs and its Go assistant. If your team already pays for Grammarly, part of that $33 replaces a bill you have today.
What a team of 5 pays for Fyxer or Superhuman
Per-seat pricing grows in a straight line, so the honest comparison is the annual bill for your real headcount. These are our calculations on each vendor's published prices.
| Plan | 1 person, annual | 5 people, annual | 5 people, monthly billing for 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fyxer Pro | $444 | $2,220 | $2,940 |
| Fyxer Team | Not sold below 2 seats | $3,840 | $5,940 |
| Superhuman Mail Starter | $300 | $1,500 | About $1,800 |
| Superhuman Mail Business | $396 | $1,980, or about $1,683 if the 15% team discount applies | $2,400 |
Superhuman advertises "15% off for teams of 5+" on the Business card. The page does not say whether that stacks with the annual discount, so the lower figure is a best case. Even without it, five people on Superhuman Business cost $240 less a year than five on Fyxer Pro, and $1,860 less than five on Fyxer Team.
What each tool gives you for the money
| Capability | Fyxer Pro and Team | Superhuman Mail Business |
|---|---|---|

| Replies drafted in your voice | Yes, drafting costs no credits | Yes, with auto drafts |
| Sends email for you | No, a person sends every draft | Yes, if you choose to let it |
| Inbox sorting | Automatic labels, 5 emails per credit | Split Inbox and custom auto labels |
| Meeting recording and notes | Every meeting, 1 credit per recorded minute | Not listed on Superhuman's pricing pages |
| CRM in the inbox | Not listed on the current plans | HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive |
| MCP access | Team and Enterprise | Superhuman Mail MCP on Business |
| Usage metering | Monthly credits that reset and do not roll over | No credit system published |
| Free trial | 14 days of Team with unlimited credits | Not shown on the pricing page |
The row that changes the math is meeting recording. Fyxer's credits are cheap for email, where 3,000 credits label 15,000 emails, and expensive for meetings, where the same 3,000 credits cover 50 recorded hours. If you would otherwise pay for a separate notetaker, Fyxer's higher seat price is partly paying for that. If you never record calls, you are paying for a feature you do not use.
Is Fyxer or Superhuman cheaper for a solo professional?
Superhuman Starter is cheaper at $300 a year against $444 for Fyxer Pro, but Starter does not include Superhuman's auto drafts, which sit on Business at $396. Compared like for like, sorting plus drafts in your voice, the gap is $48 a year in Superhuman's favor. Add meeting notes and Fyxer becomes the cheaper single bill, as long as you record fewer than about 50 hours of calls a month and stay inside Pro's credit allowance.
The other deciding question is whether you want a new email client. Superhuman's speed comes from its keyboard-driven app, which everyone on the team has to adopt. Fyxer leaves people in the Gmail or Outlook window they already use. Teams that standardize on one tool usually tidy up the rest of their email setup at the same time, such as rolling out a company-wide email signature template, so factor in that people will be changing habits either way.
Fyxer vs Superhuman for a shared inbox
Both tools are built around one person's inbox, and both bill every member. That works for an executive or a salesperson. It gets expensive for the inboxes a whole team works, such as support@, sales@ or orders@, where five people may each touch a thread and each needs a seat. On Fyxer the plan that handles several inboxes at once is Team, at $768 per person per year with a two-seat minimum.
A shared inbox is a job, not a person, and it is usually cheaper to price it that way. Our Inbox Triage agent sorts and labels a shared Gmail inbox, drafts replies for one-click send and routes the rest to the right person, and it connects to Slack. It runs on the Starter plan at $49 a month, or $288 for the year, for up to 3 agents, and the whole team is invited with no seat charge. Five people cost the same as one. It does not record meetings and it does not support Outlook today, so for a Microsoft 365 company or a meeting-heavy role, Fyxer or Superhuman remains the better buy. Fyxer vs Superhuman FAQ
Is Fyxer cheaper than Superhuman?
No, Superhuman is cheaper per seat. On annual billing Superhuman Mail Starter is $25 and Business is $33 a member a month, against $37 for Fyxer Pro and $64 for Fyxer Team. Fyxer includes a meeting recorder in that price, which Superhuman's pricing pages do not list.
What is the difference between Fyxer and Superhuman?
Fyxer is an assistant that works inside your existing Gmail or Outlook, labeling email, drafting replies and recording meetings, and it never sends email itself. Superhuman Mail is a separate email client for Gmail and Outlook accounts, built for speed, whose AI can draft and, if you allow it, send email for you.
Does Superhuman have a free plan?
Not for email. Superhuman's suite has a Free tier that covers Grammarly, Docs and its Go assistant, but Mail starts at the Starter plan, $25 a member a month on annual billing. Fyxer has a Free plan with 400 credits, but it does not sort your inbox or draft replies.
Which is better for a team, Fyxer or Superhuman?
For a team that lives in meetings and wants notes and follow-ups tied to email, Fyxer Team is the stronger product at $64 a seat annually. For a team that wants a faster client with CRM sidebars for HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, Superhuman Business at $33 is cheaper.
Whichever you choose, price the year for your real headcount, check who your auto-add or invite settings will turn into paid seats, and decide whether drafts are enough or the work has to be finished.
