The service

Agentmarketplace is a marketplace to discover, buy, and deploy ready-made AI agents, and for creators to publish and monetize their agents. Agents you deploy run on your own stack with scoped permissions and on the model you choose. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the tools you connect.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass the permissions, approval gates, or other safeguards.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Agents and creators

Agents are reviewed and security-scanned before listing. Creators are responsible for the agents they publish and for accurately describing what those agents do. You are responsible for the permissions you grant an agent and the guardrails you set when you deploy it.

Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose. Fees are described on our pricing page. Creators earn a revenue share on agent sales, less the marketplace fee. Taxes may apply.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Agent names and integrations shown on this site are illustrative of how the marketplace works. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentmarketplace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
