Refund Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

An AgentMarketplace plan is paid at the start of each period, and that payment is not given back afterwards. Three narrow situations are the exception, described below, and in each of them our records have to agree with you. Whether to keep going is always your call, since renewal can be turned off on the billing page at any moment.

What a plan pays for

A plan, billed monthly or yearly, lets your team install agents from the marketplace and run them inside your own tools, within the agent count, run allowance and features on the pricing page. You pay for the period, and the whole period opens up on day one. An agent that resolves a thousand tickets and an agent nobody switched on cost the same.

Subscribing tells us to switch your workspace on immediately. If a cooling-off or withdrawal right would otherwise apply to you, you agree it ends the moment the service starts at your request.

Payments that are not returned

  • You no longer need agents, built an internal tool instead, or simply changed your mind.
  • Your team installed few agents, or none, during a paid period.
  • An agent replied, decided or wrote in a way you did not like. Permissions, approval steps and guardrails are yours to set, and each agent action sits in the log for review.
  • Something broke in a third-party tool the agent works in: a revoked token, an API that changed, or a permission missing on your side.
  • You missed the renewal date, or cancelled just after it.
  • The renewal went through on a retry after the card had been declined.
  • You assumed the plan was paid once. The pricing page, checkout and receipt all state that it renews.
  • You picked a plan or billing term that did not suit you.
  • You wanted a feature that the pricing page never offered.
  • Time left in the period after you cancel. The workspace stays open until the period ends, and we do not prorate.
  • Teammates, or anyone holding your login, used the account.

Payouts to agent creators and the marketplace commission are governed by the creator terms, not by this page.

The three exceptions

  • Charged twice. Our billing collected two payments for one period.
  • Card misused by someone else. You tell us within 14 days, and both our account history and the payment operator's transaction data back up that you did not make the payment. We may ask whether your bank already knows about it.
  • Marketplace down altogether. A fault we confirm on our side kept the marketplace and every installed agent out of action without a break, you flagged it during the outage, and we did not get it working. One failing agent, a bug in a tool you connected, or a slow model provider you picked does not qualify.

The most we return is what you paid for the period in question, and it goes back only to the card it came from. That settles our liability for the charge, and one refund is no basis for asking for another.

Sending a request

Write to [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of being charged. Include the amount, the date and which exception you rely on. We do not look at requests sent from other addresses or after the 14 days, and a declined request is final.

Going to your bank with a chargeback before writing to us is a breach of our Terms of Service, and the workspace is then shut for good.

Renewal, card retries and turning renewal off

Your plan keeps renewing until you stop it. Turning renewal off on the billing page takes one click, needs no email, and leaves the workspace running to the end of what you paid for. A payment already collected stays collected.

A new period is fully open, and fully owed, from its first day. When a card is declined, the payment operator retries the same invoice during the next few days; these are not separate charges. Turning renewal off while retries are pending prevents later periods only. The period already started remains payable and, once paid, is not refunded. Look up the renewal date on your billing page and turn renewal off before it if you want to stop.

What we keep on file

Opening an account means agreeing to our Terms of Service, this page included, and our Privacy Policy. Checkout states the plan, price, billing period and renewal before you pay, and the receipt repeats them.

We store, per subscription, the time of purchase, the plan and price on screen, your acceptance of the terms, every email and renewal notice we sent, and the workspace log: logins, agents installed, permissions given, approvals and agent runs, each with its technical metadata. The payment operator separately logs every transaction, among other things the country that issued the card, where the payment came from and how 3D Secure answered. Claims of card misuse are checked against all of this, and the same material goes to the bank in a chargeback.

Plans bought before this policy

Anything paid before October 14, 2026 is handled under the terms in place on the day of that payment.
