Sintra sells one plan, Sintra X, with all 12 AI helpers and 250 credits a month. The price depends only on how long you pay upfront, and the credit allowance is the same on every term. We read sintra.ai/pricing and Sintra's plans, credits, discount and cancellation help articles on October 13, 2026 and worked out what each term really costs.

At a glance
Sintra AI pricing by billing term, read from sintra.ai/pricing and Sintra's plans and pricing help article on October 13, 2026
| Billing term | Price per month | Paid upfront | Per year | Credits | Cost per included credit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-month plan | $48.50 | $48.50 each month | $582 | 250 per month | About $0.19 |
| 3-month plan | $23.60 | $70.80 every 3 months | $283.20 | 250 per month | About $0.09 |
| 12-month plan | $15.60 | $187.20 once a year | $187.20 | 250 per month | About $0.06 |
The challenge
Sintra's pricing page shows struck-through prices of $97, $59 and $52 next to the sale prices, and older reviews quote $39 per helper or $97 a month, so buyers rarely know what they will pay at renewal. The real limit is not the price at all. It is 250 credits a month, and a single 15-second video uses about 40 of them.
How AgentMarketplace handles it
Price Sintra by the credits your work uses, not by the sticker. Count the scheduled tasks, research jobs, websites and videos you expect in a month, multiply by Sintra's published credit ranges, and compare the total with 250. If you land under it, the 12-month plan at $15.60 is the cheapest way to run AI helpers we have found. If you land well over it, you pay for top-ups or you need a tool priced by the job.
How much does Sintra AI cost?
Sintra AI costs $48.50 a month if you pay month to month, $23.60 a month on a 3-month term and $15.60 a month on a 12-month term. All three are the same plan, Sintra X, with all 12 AI helpers, 250 credits a month, the integrations on the plan card and 24/7 support. Only the commitment changes.
The longer terms are paid upfront. The 3-month plan charges $70.80 at checkout and the 12-month plan charges $187.20. Sintra adds tax at checkout, so the card charge will be higher than the plan price in states and countries where tax applies.
| What you buy | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Sintra X, 1-month plan | $48.50 a month | All 12 helpers, 250 credits a month, renews monthly |
| Sintra X, 3-month plan | $70.80 every 3 months | Same plan, credits still reset monthly |
| Sintra X, 12-month plan | $187.20 a year | Same plan, credits still reset monthly |
| Credit top-ups | Shown in Usage and Billing in the app | Extra credits that do not reset, typically valid for a year |
| Free plan after you cancel | $0 | 20 credits a month |
A year on the 12-month plan costs less than four months on the monthly plan. That gap is large enough that the monthly term only makes sense for a trial month or a short project.
What 250 Sintra credits actually buy
Every Sintra plan includes 250 credits a month, and the credit is where the real cost sits. Sintra publishes the ranges in its workspace credits article. Plain chat is cheap, scheduled and generated work is not.
| Action | Credits, per Sintra | How many fit in 250 credits |
|---|---|---|
| Chat message to a helper | 0.1 to 1 | 250 to 2,500 |
| Social media post created in chat | 1 | 250 |
| Image created in chat | 0.5 to 1.8 | About 138 to 500 |
| Basic scheduled task | 1 to 5 | 50 to 250 |
| Scheduled research task with web search | 3 to 10 | 25 to 83 |
| Complex scheduled task | 5 to 20 or more | 12 to 50 |
| Single-page website | 15 to 20 | 12 to 16 |
| 15-second UGC video | About 40 | 6 |
| Custom AI employee | 5 to 10, up to 100 | 2 to 50 |
Some things use no credits at all. Guided questions, Daily Ideas, publishing scheduled social posts, files you add to Brain AI yourself, background tasks and setting up automations are all free. So a business owner who mostly chats, drafts posts and lets the scheduler publish them will rarely run out. One who asks for a daily research brief and a weekly video will.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over. They reset at the start of each billing cycle on every term, including the 12-month plan, which does not hand you a year of credits at once. Top-up credits are different: they do not reset and stay until you use them or they expire, typically within a year.
Sintra AI cost per month for three real workloads
Here is what a month of Sintra uses for three kinds of small business, using the midpoint of Sintra's published credit ranges. The point is to see whether 250 credits is enough before you pay for a year.
| Workload | Monthly activity | Credits used | Fits in 250? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo consultant | 300 chat messages, 20 social posts, 8 basic scheduled tasks | About 210 | Yes, about 40 to spare |
| Local retailer | 400 chat messages, 40 posts, 40 images, 20 daily research briefs | About 435 | No, about 185 credits short |
| Ecommerce brand | 200 chat messages, 30 posts, 4 short videos, 1 single-page website, 5 research tasks | About 350 | No, about 100 credits short |
The consultant pays $15.60 a month on the annual term and rarely thinks about credits. The other two either buy top-ups or cut the heavy jobs. The arithmetic matters because the cheapest term locks you in for twelve months: if your first two weeks already use 200 credits, take the 1-month plan first and switch after you know your number.
Does the Sintra AI discount continue at renewal?
Yes, as long as the subscription stays active and uninterrupted. Sintra's discount article says a discount continues to apply to renewals "as long as the terms of the promotion allow," and that a renewal summary can show the pre-discount figure while the actual charge reflects the active discount. Only one discount applies per subscription, so a coupon code does not stack on top of the sale price.
That is why the struck-through numbers on the pricing page, $97, $59 and $52 a month, matter less than they look. They are the reference prices the sale is measured against. What you pay is the discounted figure, and what you keep paying depends on not letting the subscription lapse. If you cancel and come back later, check the price again before you assume the old rate.
Can you still buy a single Sintra helper for $39?
No. Sintra's plans article says plainly that it does "not sell the Individual AI employee Plans anymore." The pricing page still lists each helper, Soshie for social media, Cassie for customer support, Seomi for SEO, Penn for copywriting and the rest, at $39 a month, which is where many reviews get their numbers. Today every helper comes only inside Sintra X.
For most buyers that is good news. At $15.60 a month on the annual term, all twelve helpers cost less than half of what one helper used to. Sintra also says it does not offer lifetime plans, so a lifetime deal offered by a third party is not something Sintra sells.
Sintra AI refund and cancellation rules
Sintra offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first Sintra X purchase, on the monthly, 3-month and 12-month plans alike. The window starts on the day you buy and does not get longer on longer plans. Canceling does not trigger a refund by itself: you have to contact support inside the 14 days and ask, and the money goes back to the original payment method.
To cancel a website subscription you open Settings, then Plans, then Manage billing, and choose Cancel plan. You keep full access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan with 20 credits a month. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are canceled there, and Sintra notes their prices differ from the website.
What a team pays for Sintra AI
Sintra does not publish a per-seat price. Credits belong to a workspace, and team members who chat with a helper use that workspace's credits. So a team does not multiply the plan price, it divides 250 credits a month between more people, and a team of five will usually need top-ups.
| Tool | Owner plus 2 staff, per year | How usage is limited |
|---|---|---|
| Sintra X, 12-month plan | $187.20 | 250 credits a month for the workspace |
| Marblism, yearly | $288 | 50 hours of AI work a month, unlimited team members |
| Lindy, 5,000 credits per user | $1,799.64 | 15,000 pooled credits a month, every active user billed $49.99 |
| AgentMarketplace Starter, yearly | $288 | Up to 3 deployed agents, whole team invited with no seat charge |
Marblism's price is from its pricing page ($24 a month on the yearly option, $44 monthly) and Lindy's from lindy.ai/pricing, both read on October 13, 2026. Lindy is the most expensive here because it bills every active user, but it also gives far more work per month. Our Sintra AI alternatives comparison prices each of them for the same small business.
Is Sintra AI worth it for a small business?
Sintra is worth it when you want a set of chat-based assistants for marketing, content and planning, you work mostly alone, and your monthly work fits in 250 credits. On the annual term it is the cheapest way to get twelve role-based assistants we have priced. It is a weaker fit when you need work done inside your own systems on a schedule, such as answering every support ticket in your helpdesk or triaging a shared inbox, because that kind of steady volume eats credits quickly.
That second job is what ready-made agents are built for. In our catalog the Frontline Support agent answers tickets in the helpdesk you already use, the Inbox Triage agent sorts and drafts replies in a shared inbox, and the Social Scheduler agent plans and queues posts. Each runs on your own stack with permissions you can revoke, and a person approves sensitive actions. Plans start at $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, for up to 3 deployed agents, with the whole team invited at no seat charge. The AI agents for small business page lists the agents owners deploy first, and our AI agent pricing guide compares credit, seat and per-agent pricing side by side.
Frequently asked
Your questions about Sintra AI pricing
How much does Sintra AI cost?
Sintra AI costs $48.50 a month on the 1-month plan, $23.60 a month on the 3-month plan, paid as $70.80 upfront, and $15.60 a month on the 12-month plan, paid as $187.20 upfront. All three are Sintra X with all 12 helpers and 250 credits a month. Tax is added at checkout.
Is Sintra AI free?
Not for full use. Sintra offers a 3-day trial with 50 one-time credits, and after a paid subscription ends the account drops to a Free plan with 20 credits a month. Real use needs Sintra X, from $15.60 a month on the 12-month plan, with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase.
How do Sintra AI credits work?
Every Sintra plan includes 250 credits a month that reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Chat messages use 0.1 to 1 credit, basic scheduled tasks 1 to 5, research tasks 3 to 10, a single-page website 15 to 20 and a 15-second video about 40. Top-up credits do not reset and typically last a year.
Does the Sintra annual plan give more credits?
No. The 12-month plan includes the same 250 credits a month as the monthly plan, and they reset monthly. Sintra does not give you a full year of credits at once. The annual term only lowers the price, from $48.50 to $15.60 a month.
Can I buy one Sintra AI helper on its own?
No. Sintra says it no longer sells individual AI employee plans, even though the pricing page still shows each helper at $39 a month. Every helper now comes inside Sintra X, from $15.60 a month on the annual term. Sintra also does not offer lifetime plans.
Can I get a refund from Sintra AI?
Yes, within 14 days of your first Sintra X purchase on any term. You must contact support and ask; canceling alone does not trigger a refund. The window does not extend on longer plans, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
Does the Sintra AI discount stay after renewal?
Yes, while the subscription stays active and uninterrupted. Sintra says discounts carry into renewals as long as the promotion terms allow, and the actual charge reflects the discount even if a renewal summary shows the full price. Only one discount applies per subscription.
What is cheaper than Sintra AI for a team?
On sticker price very little: Sintra X costs $187.20 a year for the whole workspace. The catch is that a team shares 250 credits a month. Marblism costs $288 a year with 50 hours of AI work and unlimited team members, and our Starter plan costs $288 a year for up to 3 deployed agents with no seat charge.
