Tasklet Pricing and Tasklet AI Pricing With the Real Cost per Credit

Tasklet sells AI agents that run work across your tools, and it prices them in credits rather than seats. We read tasklet.ai/pricing, its credits guide and its billing guide on October 24, 2026, priced every plan per credit and worked out what a team actually pays.

In short

Tasklet costs $25 a month on Starter (10,000 credits), $100 on Pro (40,000 credits) and from $250 on Custom (100,000 credits), up to $10,000 a month for 4,000,000 credits. Every plan bills the organization, not the person, so the whole team shares one credit pool at no extra cost. Paid plans also get 600 bonus credits on days you log in, and a free start needs no payment.

The challenge

The plan price is the easy part. What decides the bill is how many credits your agents burn, and Tasklet does not publish a fixed cost per task: it depends on the intelligence level, the amount of data, the tools in play and how often automations run. A thread set to a high intelligence level with an hourly automation can use a month of Starter credits in a few days, and when credits run out, new requests and automations pause.

How AgentMarketplace handles it

Price Tasklet in three steps. Pick the plan by credits, not by features, because Starter, Pro and Custom share the same feature list apart from video support. Estimate credits by running your real workflow on Starter for a week and reading Settings, Agent, Usage and Limits. Then set the per-thread daily limit so one busy automation cannot drain the pool for everyone else.

How much does Tasklet cost?

Tasklet costs $25 a month for Starter, $100 a month for Pro and $250 a month or more for Custom, and you can create your first agent for $0 with limited trial credits. All prices are in US dollars and the pricing page shows monthly plans only. Every paid plan includes the same core features: unlimited automation runs, the agent web browser, full-size file uploads and email support.

PlanMonthly priceYearly costCredits a monthSupport
Free$0$0Limited trial creditsNot listed
Starter, "for casual users"$25$30010,000Email
Pro, "for power users"$100$1,20040,000Email
Custom, "for growing teams"From $250From $3,000From 100,000Email and live video

The yearly column is twelve monthly payments, since no annual discount is shown. The gap between Starter and Pro is credits, not features: Tasklet's own FAQ says most paid users start on Starter, then upgrade or buy one-time credits as usage grows. Video support with the Tasklet team starts at plans of $250 a month.

How do Tasklet credits work?

Every action a Tasklet agent takes costs credits: thinking, reading an email, processing data, sending a message, running code and browsing the web, whether you asked for it or an automation triggered it. Credits come from three places, and they are used in a set order, with one-time credits drawn only after everything else is gone.

Credit sourceRateCost per creditExpiry
Monthly plan credits400 credits per dollar$0.0025Reset each billing cycle, no rollover
Daily bonus credits (paid plans)600 credits on days you log inIncludedReset at midnight UTC
One-time credits320 credits per dollar, $25 minimum$0.003125Valid one year, used last

The monthly rate is flat. Tasklet's billing guide says each $5 of monthly plan buys 2,000 credits, so Starter, Pro and a $10,000 Custom plan all pay the same $0.0025 per credit. One-time credits cost 25% more per credit, which is why Tasklet itself recommends a monthly plan for regular use and one-time credits only for a busy stretch.

The daily bonus is worth more than it looks on Starter. A team that logs in on 22 working days collects 13,200 bonus credits in a month, which is more than the 10,000 credits the $25 plan itself includes. The catch is in the wording: the bonus is granted on days you log in, so an automation that runs over a weekend nobody opens the app draws on plan credits.

Tasklet custom plan pricing at every credit size

Above Pro, Tasklet sells any monthly amount from $25 to $10,000 in $5 steps, at 2,000 credits per $5. The pricing page lists the common sizes, and its billing guide gives the example of a $550 plan with 220,000 credits.

Monthly planCredits a monthYearly cost
$2510,000$300
$5020,000$600
$10040,000$1,200
$250100,000$3,000
$500200,000$6,000
$1,000400,000$12,000
$2,5001,000,000$30,000
$5,0002,000,000$60,000
$10,0004,000,000$120,000

There is no volume discount anywhere on the ladder. A team spending $10,000 a month pays the same per credit as one spending $25, so the reason to move up is capacity, plus video support from $250. For larger or contractual terms Tasklet points enterprise buyers to its sales team. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated credit grant, and downgrades wait for the end of the billing period.

Which Tasklet intelligence level should you pick?

Each Tasklet thread runs at one of four intelligence levels, and the level is the biggest single driver of credit use after automation frequency. The setting sticks: it applies to every future run and automation in that thread until you change it.

LevelModel Tasklet namesRelative costTasklet's suggested use
Basic ($)GPT-5.6 LunaLowestQuick lookups, formatting, basic triage
Advanced ($$)GPT-5.6 TerraModerateMost work, and Tasklet's recommended default
Expert ($$$)GPT-5.6 SolHighBuilding instant apps, analysis across many sources
Genius ($$$$)Claude Fable 5HighestLong research and large-scale processing

Tasklet does not publish a credit multiplier for each level, so you cannot price a task from the table alone. The practical rule follows from its own guidance: put recurring triage and routing threads on Basic, leave everyday work on Advanced, and switch a thread to Expert only while you build an instant app, since using a finished app usually costs few or no credits.

What Tasklet costs a team of 1, 5 and 25 people

Tasklet bills the organization, not the person. Its FAQ says you can add unlimited team members with no per-seat fees and everyone draws from one shared credit pool, so the plan price is the same for one user or twenty-five. That is the main reason teams compare it with per-user agent builders. These are our calculations on each vendor's list price for a year.

Tool and planHow it bills1 person a year5 people a year25 people a year
Tasklet Starter$25 a month per organization$300$300$300
Gumloop Pro$37 a month, unlimited seats$444$444$444
Lindy Team$29.99 per active user a month$359.88$1,799.40$8,997
AgentMarketplace Starter$288 a year, up to 3 agents, no seat charge$288$288$288

The flat rows are only equal on paper, because credits are shared. Twenty-five people on one Starter pool get the same 10,000 monthly credits as one person, so a larger team on Tasklet almost always ends up on Pro or Custom. Read the table as "what the bill grows with": Lindy grows with people, Tasklet and Gumloop grow with usage. Gumloop and Lindy were read from their pricing pages on October 24, 2026; see our Gumloop alternatives comparison for the full set.

What happens when you run out of Tasklet credits?

New requests and automations pause until credits are available again. Tasklet emails the organization at 80%, 95% and 100% of the credit allowance, and paid plans still collect the daily bonus credits, so limited work can continue each day. You can buy one-time credits or raise the monthly plan at any time for immediate access to more.

The control that matters most is the per-thread daily limit in Settings, Agent, Usage and Limits. New threads default to 4,000 credits a day, and a thread that hits its limit pauses until midnight UTC. That default is generous next to Starter: 10,000 monthly credits divided over 30 days is about 333 a day, so a single thread running at its default limit could use the whole month's plan credits in two and a half days. On Starter, lower the default before you switch on an automation.

Tasklet's own advice for keeping usage down is specific: run automations less often, add filters so the AI is only invoked on events that matter (for example, only emails not labeled Promotions), drop the intelligence level where reasoning is not needed and start a fresh thread for unrelated work.

Does Tasklet offer a free trial, an annual plan or refunds?

Tasklet has no time-limited trial, but anyone can create an agent and use it for free with limited trial credits and no payment. There is no annual plan or annual discount on the pricing page. Refunds are narrow: Tasklet refunds a payment on request within 14 days, for amounts up to $250, after you cancel the subscription. Beyond 14 days or above $250, payments are final.

That refund cap is worth planning around. If you are unsure Tasklet fits, its billing guide suggests choosing a smaller plan and evaluating it before you upgrade, which in practice means a month on Starter with your real workflow before you commit to a Custom size.

Is Tasklet worth it for a small business?

Tasklet is good value for a team that wants to build its own agents: one $25 plan covers everyone, agents connect to thousands of SaaS tools, MCP servers and APIs, they can browse sites without an API, and Tasklet says it is SOC 2 compliant. If someone on the team enjoys describing workflows and tuning them, the flat organization price is hard to beat.

It is a weaker buy when nobody wants to build. Tasklet gives you a blank agent and a credit meter, and the result depends on how well the workflow is written, how often it runs and what intelligence level it uses. A team that just needs a shared inbox sorted or meeting notes turned into follow-ups ends up paying for the building time as well as the credits.

That is the case our catalog is built for. The Inbox Triage agent sorts and labels a shared inbox and drafts replies for one-click send, the Workflow Runner connects repetitive operations steps across Slack, Notion and Zapier, and the Meeting Scribe turns call transcripts into notes and assigned follow-ups. They are ready to deploy, on a flat Starter plan of $49 a month or $288 a year for up to 3 agents, with the whole team invited at no seat charge. Frequently asked

Your questions about Tasklet pricing

How much does Tasklet cost per month?

Tasklet costs $25 a month on Starter for 10,000 credits, $100 on Pro for 40,000 credits and from $250 on Custom for 100,000 credits, up to $10,000 a month for 4,000,000 credits. Plans bill the organization, so team members are unlimited and share one credit pool.

How much does one Tasklet credit cost?

One Tasklet credit costs $0.0025 on any monthly plan, since monthly plans give 400 credits per dollar. One-time credits cost $0.003125 each, at 320 credits per dollar with a $25 minimum, and stay valid for a year. Daily bonus credits on paid plans cost nothing.

Is Tasklet free?

Tasklet lets anyone create an agent and start for free with limited trial credits and no payment. Paid plans add the monthly credit allowance, 600 daily bonus credits on days you log in, unlimited automation runs, the agent web browser and full-size file uploads.

Does Tasklet charge per user?

No. Tasklet bills at the organization level, not per team member. You can add unlimited teammates with no per-seat fees, and everyone draws from one shared credit pool. Admins can see usage across the organization and set limits on individual agents.

Do Tasklet credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits do not roll over. They reset each billing cycle, and daily bonus credits reset at midnight UTC. One-time credits are the exception: they stay valid for one year from purchase and are used only after all other credits are consumed.

What happens when Tasklet runs out of credits?

New requests and automations pause until credits are available. Tasklet emails at 80%, 95% and 100% of your allowance, and paid plans keep receiving daily bonus credits for limited use. You can buy one-time credits or raise the monthly plan for immediate access to more.

Does Tasklet have an annual plan?

No annual plan or annual discount appears on Tasklet's pricing page. Plans are monthly, and you can set any amount from $25 to $10,000 in $5 steps. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated credits, and downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Tasklet for a team?

For building your own agents, Tasklet Starter at $300 a year is already among the cheapest team options. If you would rather deploy ready-made agents than build them, our Starter plan is $288 a year for up to 3 agents, such as inbox triage or meeting notes, with the whole team invited at no seat charge.
