That difference swamps the rates. A 200 seat Now Assist deployment at an Advanced tier estimate near $120 a seat per month runs about $288,000 a year in seats alone, which at the middle of the reported Moveworks per employee range would license roughly 9,600 employees instead. How to compare the two honestly
Run the comparison on your own ticket mix, not a vendor's demo. Pull three numbers: your current ITSM seat count, the share of tickets that are genuinely repetitive and deflectable, and your rough monthly ticket volume. Then ask each option to price against that. Now Assist will quote a seat premium plus a pooled allowance with overage beyond it; a marketplace agent will quote a flat number. Whichever is cheaper at your volume today, re-check it at the volume you expect in a year, because that is where consumption pricing and flat pricing diverge most.
