Does Xero Have AI Agents?

Because JAX is free with every plan, Xero's own pricing is the only cost: Early at $20 a month, Growing at $42, and Established at $78, each with unlimited users. There is currently no additional charge to use JAX, though Xero notes it can change those terms.

Where JAX stops

JAX lives inside Xero, and that boundary defines its limits. It answers about your books; it does not act outside them. Three examples make the gap concrete:

• Chasing late payers. JAX can predict that an invoice will be paid late. It does not run a week-long, escalating reminder sequence across email and text until the client actually pays.
